These data are recorded in the hospital information management system (HBYS) to ensure that our services are provided correctly and completely. Your personal data may include:

  • Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, gender, marital status, passport number (for foreign nationals), health insurance information.

  • Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address.

  • Financial Information: Bank account number, IBAN, credit card information, billing details.

During the provision of health services, your health data (information obtained from medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services) are processed and transferred to systems like E-Nabız in accordance with legal requirements.

2. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through electronic or physical means, via written, verbal, or visual methods. This data is processed for purposes such as the provision of health services, compliance with legal obligations, and improving service quality. IP addresses and browser information obtained from our website are collected and processed through technologies like cookies for analysis purposes.

According to Article 6 of the KVKK, personal data related to health and sexual life may be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject, only for purposes such as the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services.

3. To Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be shared with the Ministry of Health and its affiliated units, relevant healthcare institutions, insurance companies, domestic and foreign laboratories, and other relevant parties in compliance with legal obligations. This transfer is carried out only when necessary, in accordance with legal regulations, and ensuring the security of the data.

4. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed.

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed.

  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose.

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within the country or abroad.

  • Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data.

  • Request notification of the actions taken in response to your requests for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.

  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.

  • Request compensation for any damage you suffer due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
